Rams Head Shore House is looking for our next Restaurant Manager to join one of the best crews on Kent Island! We’re looking for someone who leads from the floor, loves hospitality, and knows how to create a great experience for both guests and staff.

What You’ll Do

• Help lead and motivate an amazing team
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Support daily restaurant operations
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching staff
• Work alongside our kitchen and bar teams
• Help keep the good vibes flowing with great food, cocktails, and beer

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of restaurant leadership or full-service experience
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a team environment
• Comfortable with POS and scheduling systems
• Someone who loves hospitality and taking care of people

Compensation

$52,000–$60,000/year based on experience
